Haven't Received Bought Kits

    Hello, so on Sept 28 I had purchased the iron kit and wool kit for my account MyLovelyAviLumps on the economy server and have still not received either kit. I'm not sure why this is... Would someone on the staff team be able to help me out with this?

    I've sent your receipt over to the owner to see if he can verify it. For some reason it isn't showing up on tebex.

    I really either just want my kits or to be refunded if I won't be receiving them. Either one works at this point. It's been almost a month of waiting for what seems like nothing to be happening.
